Timing of Arrival

• The Atrium, Member’s Lounge, Fahrenheit by Chef Rocco Whalen and Suites will open 2 hours prior to the event start time.
• The East Garage will begin accepting Flash Seats Parking Passes prior to each event as follows:
  • Monday - Friday: 3 1/2 Hours
  • Saturday - Sunday: 3 Hours

Levels are now More Descriptive

 

• Street Level vs. Level 3 or Main Concourse
• New level names provide a clear distinction between floors and convey what portals/destinations are on each level.
• Each level has distinct Portal numbers associated with it:
  • 1-30 Street Level
  • 40-49 Club Level
  • 50-81 Loudville

• Provides quicker read at each entrance to the seating bowl to reduce congestion
• Provides a unique number for each entrance to the seating bowl
• Guides guest to closest entry to seat
• Distinct number ranges for each level

• Re-numbering of sections to count clockwise and align with industry standards
• Re-numbering of seats within each row to correspond with clockwise section numbering
• Separating baseline lower bowl seating sections to create more clarity for guests and allow more Row 1 opportunities
  • Section 101: R1 → R 16
  • Section M101 R1 → R 14
