Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse Hosts 30 Shows from the Biggest Names in Music & Entertainment
Records the Highest Attendance for Concerts Ever in a Single Year 

Cleveland, Ohio — Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse hosted some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry and broke several arena records in 2017. Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse welcomed 30 touring acts, the largest number of shows booked in a single year. In addition, the arena logged the highest concert and event attendance in The Q’s history. 

Pollstar’s Year-End Report 
Pollstar magazine, the concert industry’s leading trade publication, recently ranked Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in its list of top 200 arena venues worldwide for entertainment ticket sales. In the publication’s year-end business analysis report for 2017, Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse ranked No. 18 in the United States and No. 40 worldwide in ticket sales for major concert touring attractions. 

The Biggest Names in Music 
Of the 30 concerts to appear at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in 2017, 20 were ranked among Pollstar’s Top 50 Worldwide Tours measured by gross revenue. The Q’s robust schedule in 2017 drew the highest concert attendance in the venue’s history. In addition, Lady Gaga, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Coldplay, Bruno Mars and Eric Church all ranked in the top 100 concerts in arena history, based on attendance.

In 2016’s year-end report, Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse ranked No. 51 in the United States and No. 93 worldwide. Due to the Cleveland Cavaliers exciting playoff run and first NBA Championship, the Cleveland Monsters AHL Championship and the hosting of a successful Republican National Convention, Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse was restricted in booking events from mid-April through mid-August and thus, saw a drop in rankings. The Pollstar report, which covers the global concert business, does not include ticket sales from the arena’s sporting events.

Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse will welcome major concert tours such as Pink (March 28th), Justin Timberlake (March 31st) and Shania Twain (June 16th) in 2018. Monster Jam (February 17th-18th), WWE Raw (March 26th), the Mid-American Conference Tournament (March 7th- 10th) and NCAA Division 1 Wrestling Championships (March 15th-17th) will also be hosted at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse this year.
