College Sustainability Night with the Cleveland Cavaliers!

 

We are excited to host our first ever College Sustainability Night on November 17th, 2024! Cheer on the Cavs as they face the Charlotte Hornets and attend a Q/A discussion panel session and tour our arena, prior to the game at 6:00pm.

 

In tandem with our Sustainability Committee and Cavs partners, come learn about local efforts around the city of Cleveland and future career paths related to sustainability! This will be a broad, open session that will be moderated by Cleveland Cavaliers V.P. of Sustainability, Danielle Doza.

 

All guests will be required to have a Cavs game ticket purchased via their associated school or through the link below to be granted access into the event.

 

Event Timing (Subject to change):

- 1:30pm entrance time into Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, feel free to chat with others during this time

- 2:00-3:00pm panel + Q/A discussion

- 3:00pm-4:00pm tour of arena

- 4:00-4:30pm students and faculty will go to Early Entry in the Bowl to watch warmups

- 4:30pm on, enjoy the game! Food and drink will be available at this time for purchase throughout arena.

- Optional College Faculty Networking Event – 4:30-6:00pm (subject to change)

What is FieldHouse+?

FieldHouse+ is a partner offer that has been designed to cater to our closest organizations to be able to offer their employees/members discounted ticketing offers for select events at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.  This is a thank you for being a part of our Cavaliers and Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse family!

What is SeatGeek (and how do I redeem my tickets?)

SeatGeek is now the Official Ticketing Partner of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. SeatGeek is an industry leader with a fan-friendly and forward-thinking approach towards ticket management, fan-to-fan sharing, and access. The new ticketing experience will create an exciting and improved experience.

You must first set up your SeatGeek Account Manager. This is your personalized one-stop shop on SeatGeek where you'll be able to access and transfer your seats.

Then for entry into the FieldHouse on an event night, please make sure to have the SeatGeek app downloaded on your phone.  You will be directed to scan the QR code associated with your seats for a touchless entry.

How can I cancel my ticket order?

There are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on ticket purchases.  All sales are final.

Does my child need a ticket?

Children under the age of two do not require a ticket for a Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse event. However, they cannot occupy a seat and must remain on a ticket holder’s lap for the duration of the event. Children two-years-old and older require tickets for admission to the arena.

Where can I find information on disability seating?

Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse Event Information and Disability Seating and Service Information is available here.  Disability seating is available for every event through the online purchase page.  For questions reguarding disability seating, call our Box Office at 216-420-2000. 

How do I get to Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse?

Where can I park when attending a Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse Event?

The Gateway East Garage and JACK. Casino Garage are two on-site garages that accommodate 3,300 cars.  The Gateway East Garage is connected to Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse via a covered walkway.  In addition, more than 17,000 parking spaces are available within a five-to ten-minute walk to Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
