CLE Strong Fitness Series: Yoga Strong

We are excited to have you join the Cleveland Cavaliers and your Studio in the Gateway Plaza or on the Cavs court for our CLE STRONG Fitness events! Space is limited for these events, so sign up quick. A portion of the proceeds will benefit a 501c3 organization of the studios' choice. Please bring your own Yoga mat, mask, free-hand weights, and water bottle. Masks required to be worn until practice begins or until you are on your own mat. There will be markers to place your yoga mat in order to maintain 6 feet social distancing. In case of rain or other inclement weather, we will move the practice indoors to the Cavs Court! 

Following CDC recommendations for social distancing, all yoga mats must be placed at least six feet apart on the Cavs Court. Face coverings must be worn at all times on the court until attendees are at their designated mat locations and then the coverings may be removed for the duration of the yoga session.

PARKING UPDATE: The Gateway East Garage is now cashless, requiring credit or debit cards for entry. Event parking prices will now vary by event, and visitors should allow extra time for traffic and potential delays. The mobile parking pass process remains unchanged.
